EXCHANGE POLICY

DAHAR Exchange & Return Policy

DAHAR is committed to delivering premium-quality pieces and ensuring you are fully satisfied with every purchase. We understand that you may occasionally need to exchange an item, and we are here to make the process smooth and convenient. Please review our policy below.


1. Eligibility for Exchange or Return

  • Exchanges or returns must be requested within 10 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed, and sellable condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, stains, or missing tags are not eligible.

  • Final Sale, customized, or discounted/markdown items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


2. How to Request an Exchange or Return

  • Email our Customer Service team at daharclothing@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange or return.

  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Please package items securely to avoid damage during transit.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was incorrect or defective.


3. Inspection & Processing

  • All returned items are inspected by our Quality Control team once received.

  • Items that meet our return conditions will be processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Items that do not meet the required condition will be returned to you, and no exchange or refund will be issued.


4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges can be made for a different size or color of the same style, depending on availability.

  • If you wish to exchange for a different style, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

  • DAHAR will cover the cost of one exchange shipment for eligible items.


5. International Exchanges & Returns

  • International customers are welcome to request an exchange or return; however, additional shipping fees and transit times may apply.

  • Customs duties or import charges (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
